FACEBOOK ATTENDEE EXPERIENCE OPTIMIZATION

Devised a frictionless virtual-to-physical guest experience for 10,000 people at Levi’s Stadium, one of the most complex-to-navigate venues in California. The social network giant wanted to ensure every guest had the best possible experience, so I created a mobile-responsive microsite which enabled guests to easily discover the areas, food, activities, and entertainment—such as the lip sync battle or on-field laser light show—that mattered most to them. It also answered  important logistical and safety questions of what to wear, where to catch the shuttle, and how to contact first aid or security.

This affordable and flexible solution enabled guests to access the information before and during the event, without downloading an app, and it was successful, securing 9,000+ unique visitors on event day alone (90% of all attendees).
